Grandma Birrell's Lemon Tarts

Dad's favorite

2 cup sugar
1 egg
4 tablespoons lemon juice

Mix 3 ingredients together. Place pie dough in greased foil muffin papers and pour lemon filling in. Don't overfill because filling bubbles up and will overflow. Bake 10 minutes at 450.
